Proficient in recruiting, performance management, employee experience & culture, leadership development, and learning strategy, Kara is known for her tenacity and grit, attributes honed through years of experience.

Her career has been defined by collaboration with thousands of individuals and executive leadership teams from hundreds of organizations, cultivating high-performing teams and driving positive business outcomes through strategic people initiatives. Kara has had the privilege to work with globally dispersed companies across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, the US, and Canada, as well as within small, rapidly growing organizations characterized by a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.

Outside the office, Kara enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband, always on a mission to pet every dog she encounters. A voracious reader, her favorite titles include "The One Thing," "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," "The Power of Full Engagement," and works by Brené Brown, among others.
