As an Executive Coach with CxO Coaching, Andrea Maizes is a seasoned HR leader and retirement transition specialist with 30+ years of experience guiding executives and organizations through pivotal career and life transitions. Known for her direct yet supportive style, she partners with senior leaders and business owners to align personal and professional goals as they step into larger roles, navigate succession, or design meaningful post-corporate chapters.

Andrea’s career includes more than three decades as a global HR executive across professional services, software and technology, fintech, financial services, and customer experience. As a former CHRO, she built and scaled HR and Talent Acquisition functions across the UK, EU, LATAM, and APAC, led complex organizational change, and developed leadership programs from line level to the C-suite.

Today, Andrea blends deep HR expertise with her passion for coaching to help leaders clarify what’s next, maximize their strengths, and move through major transitions with clarity and confidence—supporting both the strategic and personal identity shifts that define successful next chapters.
