As an experienced HR leader, her expertise includes the design, development, and delivery of global strategic HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives focused in key areas of building and sustaining exceptional employee experiences to engage and retain talent. 

Andrea is married and the proud mom of two sons. Originally from New Jersey, she has been living in South Florida since 1994.  She and her husband collect single malt whiskey and currently have over 200 bottles from around the world.
