1:1 Exec Coaching

 

In-depth one-on-one Executive Coaching Program to help Hi-Potentials reach their next level; leaders needing to improve in their current role; or develop those who are newly in charge.

The Executive meets their CXO Coach once a week, while their manager will be included in a monthly feedback process. While all engagements are flexible, a typical engagement takes 6-12 months and establishes lasting, high-quality leadership skills.

The entire Blinkist library will be leveraged by the coach and the customer success team throughout the coaching program. Personality profile surveys, 360 assessments, performance reviews and other company tools can be incorporated into this in-depth executive experience.

1:1 Topic Coaching

 

Topic-based one-on-one Executive Coaching interventions and learnings related to specific areas of Executive interest or need.

The Executive meets their CxO Coach once a week, while their manager will be included in the monthly feedback process. While all engagements are flexible, a typical program runs for 2 months to ensure the coaching participant truly grasps the concepts selected and knows how to put them in practice within their work environment.
