What is this?
This is a beta of a conversational AI coach designed to give those new to coaching a sense of what it’s like to have an experienced advisor in your corner. The approach draws on CxO Coaching’s published insights, ICF-aligned best practices, and the real-world operating experience of our coach bench.
Is this a replacement for a human coach?
No, it is not intended to replace the deeply human experience of our executive coaching. Instead, it serves as a starting point—helping you think through leadership and career challenges by asking sharp questions, identifying patterns, and suggesting practical next steps, simulating a live coaching conversation. In some situations, it may suggest connecting with a CxO Coaching coach for a live conversation, especially when the topic would benefit from deeper, real-time exploration.
How should I use this effectively?
Use it the way you’d use a thoughtful sounding board. Be honest, but high-level. If the conversation surfaces something important but hard to untangle, the AI may suggest continuing the discussion with a human coach.
How is my data handled?
Conversation history may be temporarily stored to support your session and to improve the experience. Your local browser may also retain session information for a limited period.
Conversations are handled in accordance with our privacy policy and terms of use. Information may be retained to support system operation and improvement. For your own confidentiality, we recommend using fictitious names and avoiding proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information.
