Erika, currently the Co-Founder of CxO Coaching, Chief Creative Director for 2Swell and Senior Vice President for Bacchus Agency, brings a diversified business experience and unique creative background that situates her as an ideal candidate to help others grow and be great. 

Erika began her career in the greenroom and honed her communications skills as a Journalist for NBC News and then Producer for CNBC. Erika was responsible for creating and producing award-winning segments for the networks leading news programs. This dynamic job enabled her to create influential contacts with regional and national media, pointing her as the ideal candidate to land the prestigious role of founding the Miami office of Harrison & Shriftman, an elite industry leader in public relations, marketing and special events. 

She is an ardent lover of creativity, clothing and kids. She dedicates her time as a volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation of Southern Florida and sits on the board of the Miami Children’s Museum. She is hopelessly devoted to her husband and two children and currently lives between Florida and North Carolina.
