Over the course of three-plus decades, Brian has successfully advised, coached, and developed hundreds of leaders, across multiple industries - from CEOs and C-Suite executives to up-and-comer High Potentials and Succession Candidates. Additionally, he personally has helped multiple dozens of newly promoted or hired senior leaders successfully make the transition into their new roles and to thrive long-term. 

Having been a Chief Human Resources Officer, an enterprise C-Suite executive, and Chief Talent Officer at several Fortune 500 companies, Brian understands first-hand the unique challenges and demands executives deal with day-to-day, and what it takes to succeed.  He uses his extensive real-life experiences in the Executive and Boardrooms to deliver relevant and practical coaching and advise to senior leaders on strategic human resources and business matters.

In addition to his work at CxO Coaching, Brian is currently CEO and Founder of Baintree Partners LLC, a strategic talent management firm that focuses on helping leaders and organizations grow to their full potential.  Brian and his wife reside in Cleveland Ohio.  He is a passionate fan of all his hometown sports teams, and an avid golfer.
