Randal, currently the CEO of Shyft Moving, has enjoyed success in his over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions. He has a strong business acumen with demonstrated growth success across billion-dollar global public companies, private
equity-owned businesses, and startups. He is passionate about transforming companies, developing talent, and growing businesses faster.
Randal has held three different Vice President titles on a global level for IHS, Oracle and Newscycle Solutions, as well as COO and President for Citation Technologies. He also has and continues to contribute his expertise to such corporations as Techstars, Emona Capital LLP and 2Swell, Corp. He is the epitome of a transformational leader and is a valuable coach with CxO Coaching.
Residing in Denver, Colorado, Randal is a proud father of 3 daughters and fortunate husband to wife Lucia. Randal and Lucia support various philanthropic initiatives that improve the lives of disadvantaged children. Randal values foreign affairs, constant learning, and regular exercise.
