Peter brings nearly four decades of broad leadership experience in the Marines, federal government, and private sector, where he has honed his skills in leadership development, organization design, talent management, and business optimization. Peter’s situational approach to organizational development blends business advisory and assessment services with tailored program development, coaching, and mentorship to help executives, leaders, teams, and business units elevate their leadership capabilities and business performance.

Peter’s current and past roles include Principal and Founder of Transcendent Performance, Executive Coach with 2Swell, Partner with the Leadership Pipeline Institute, EVP at Banyan Medical Systems, CHRO and CLO in the Federal Sector, and SVP Chief Talent Officer for The Related Company. Peter has an MBA in Human Resources Management, M.Ed. in Adult Curriculum and Instruction and BA in English. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
