Session 5: Eye Contact & Connection

  • Return to the HPC Triangle, focusing on how it's said—starting with the eyes

  • Explore posture, gestures, movement, and facial expressions

  • Practice through role play

  • Outcome: Label current strengths and gain confidence with new nonverbal tools

Session 7: Vocal Variety

  • Develop vocal tools to enhance clarity and engagement

  • Outcome: Learn and experiment with vocal variety: volume, pitch, pace, and pauses
