EXECUTIVE COACHING PATH

While we believe our sessions need to be tailored to the needs of each executive (and take into account situational and current priorities), we still aim to follow a fairly loose curriculum that starts by building greater self-awareness and ends with driving greater positive impact through a higher level of leadership quality. Here is a sample schedule for a CxO coaching participant:

Months 1–3: Weekly Coaching – Foundation & Early Acceleration

Month 1: Launch & Leadership Foundation

  • Create a focused leadership development plan 

Month 3: Feedback & Strategic Alignment 

  • Administer Leadership 360 assessment 

  • Build strategic internal relationships and alliances  

  • Integrate accountability structures and time management systems 

  • Debrief 360 feedback results 

  • Create a stakeholder-aligned action plan (leverage peer-to-peer worksheet) 

Months 4–6: Bi-Weekly Coaching – Application & Expansion 

Month 4: Leading Through Complexity 

  • Drive change and lead transformation initiatives 

  • Strengthen team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration 

Month 5: Strategic Influence & Talent Development 

  • Develop coaching skills to grow direct reports 

  • Master negotiation and conflict resolution strategies 

Month 6: Agility and Resilience as a Leader 

  • Build agility to lead through uncertainty and scaling 

  • Prioritize energy management, personal resilience, and execution focus 

Months 7–9: Monthly Coaching – Sustainability & Impact

Month 7: Organizational and Team Impact 

  • Measure business and leadership impact (KPIs, OKRs) 

  • Reinforce high-performance team behaviors 

Month 8: Next-Level Leadership Readiness 

  • Define leadership legacy and succession planning mindset (using “leadership dashboard) 

  • Expand executive influence across the organization 

Month 9: Graduation & Future Growth Plan 

  • Reflect on coaching journey and outcomes 

  • Finalize a personalized leadership growth roadmap 

  • Prepare for continued growth beyond the program
