1. Policy Statement:
2Swell, Corp and Cxo Coaching ("the Company") is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our human capital is our most valuable asset. 2. Policy Objective:
The objective of our EEO Policy is to ensure that our employment practices are free from any discrimination and promote equal opportunities for all staff. All employees and applicants will be treated fairly, without discrimination, and decisions about recruitment, selection, development, promotion, and employee relationships will be based solely on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
3. Scope of the Policy:
This policy applies to all individuals who are employees of or applicants to the Company, including part-time, temporary, and contract staff.
4. Implementation:
The Company will ensure that:
a. All job applicants are considered solely based on their skills, qualifications, abilities, and achievements.
b. All employees have equal access to opportunities for promotion, training, and career development.
c. The workplace is free from any form of harassment and bullying related to any of the characteristics mentioned above.
d. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for employees with disabilities or religious commitments.
e. This policy is communicated to all employees, job applicants, and relevant others (such as freelance or contract staff).
f. Employment decisions are taken in compliance with the principles of this policy, and records are maintained to evidence this.
g. Employees are supported if they make a complaint, with no victimization for complaints made in good faith.
5. Complaints:
Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s EEO policy should address the matter with their immediate supervisor, or Human Resources. All complaints will be promptly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted.
6. Non-Compliance:
Non-compliance with the EEO policy will be treated as a serious matter and may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
This policy may be revised, as necessary, to conform to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
