Steven English is the Founder of Steven English Coaching and Training, focused on team leadership development. With over 22 years in manufacturing at top semiconductor companies like STMicroelectronics and Samsung, he has spearheaded company-wide initiatives resulting in over $80 million in cost savings. Steven holds a B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Materials Science. He is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach, DiSC + 5 Behaviors Certified Facilitator, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Certified Recovery Coach. 

Driven by a quest for deep service to his clients, Steven leads through empathy and influence. His uniqueness stems from authenticity and being unassuming, which fosters trust. He has expertise in manufacturing as well as coaching and training, having served over 175 individual clients and led programs at companies like Home Depot, Qualcomm, and Texas A&M Engineering. 

Steven is VP of Communications for WilcoHR and serves on the Public Information Board for Hope Group. He grew up across the Americas, living in Ohio, Brazil, Mexico, and Florida by age 18. Today he resides in Austin, TX with his girlfriend and three children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, neuroscience, and spending time with family.
